The enamel finish and single flat surface is easy to clean, and has a moat to capture any grease.

With a removable griddle there is no need to sacrifice the number of burners in the range you select. Designed to fit onto any Professional style Fisher & Paykel gas range or range top, it can be easily removed when it’s no longer needed.
