Zephyr HyperCore™ 36" Charcoal Induction Cooktop, Batter Required

Each 10kW element is the equivalent of a 72,000 BUT gas burner, 4x more powerful than traditional gas and 3x more powerful than traditional induction.

Cook with single degree-level temperature control from 68 - 482 F. Thats more preceise than an oven, but on your cooktop.

A 12.8-inch display provides a clear view of the cooking mode, while removable magnetic knobs simplify cleanup and imrove safety.

The HyperCore cooktop fits into 95% of existing cooktop openings. Due to the integrated 3 kWh battery, the cooktop can be plugged into a 120V or 240V outlet. No electrician needed.

Instantly delivers maximum heat for rapid boiling and high-intensity cooking.

Proprietary sensor technology measures the temperature inside the pan rather than just the bottom of the pan. Measurements are taken multiple times per second to ensure accurate temperatures.

Cook in Power Mode (watts) for traditional low, medium, and high settings, or switch to Temperature Mode (F) and cook in single-degree increments.
